| Valyermo is an unincorporated town located in Los Angeles County, California. The town has a population of about 450. Valyermo is located about 17 miles Southeast of Palmdale in the Antelope Valley portion of Southern California. The town of Valyermo is known for being the home of Saint Andrew's Abbey. Saint Andrew's is a Roman Catholic monastery (Benedictine) located in the foothills of the Antelope Valley. Saint Andrew's offers daily tours and hosts the annual Valyermo Fall Festival.
